its my personal experience. i worked different city from my home town. i bought this product for my parents. after 4 months the machine stopped working. i talked to pure it customer care but the experience was horrible. the representatives dont want to listen you,infect they talk to you in very bad tone too. if you ask them for any help they only say YOU CAN EMAIL OUR OFFICIAL MAIL ID. then why are you there( i thought). my machine is still not working and my parents are in trouble to find purifying water. so in my opinion the company aims to sell the product and rest depends on god.

Very good product... For a small family its a very good product. less operating & maintenance cost.. overall its just wow...But after 11 months its very difficult to use.Operating cost is too high.Even though it is in warranty Pure it charges Rs.2590 for germ kill kit+ Rs. 150/- for service charges.Operating cost is too high. I recommend don't go for buy. These companies are making us fool. Overall m/c cost is 8800/- but after 3000L of water you have to pay approx Rs. 3000/-. Its totally not acceptable.Don't buy it. Otherwise you will cry like me.
